2 women assaulted, rob man at Parkway Village gas station


MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis Police are looking for two women on the run after assaulting and robbing a man at a Parkway Village gas station over the weekend.

The incident happened on Sunday November 21 at 6:15 p.m.

Police said the victim was refueling in the 3100 block of Perkins near Knight Arnold when two women pulled over in a 2011-2017 slate blue Dodge Journey.

According to the police, one of the women made proposals to him and took over his private space. When the victim tried to escape, the woman pointed a gun at him, leaving him with a choice: give him his wallet or his car.

The victim gave up his wallet and the women left. No one was hurt.

Police said the two suspects were seen in the area approaching other men just before the incident.

The first suspect is described as a woman in her late twenties to her mid thirties wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and white shoes carrying a black purse and armed with a small black pistol.

The second suspect is described as a chubby woman in her late twenties to mid-thirties.

No arrests have yet been made. This is an ongoing investigation.
