First look at the new Derbion boutique of the women’s fashion brand

A major retailer of women’s fashion accessories is back in Derby today, ending its two-year absence from the city center.

Accessorize is back in Derbion, with its new agency located on level 1, opposite Boots, welcoming its first clients today, Thursday, January 6.

The store offers women’s clothing, jewelry, handbags and more accessories, and has already launched a sale with up to 50% off in-store.

The well-known brand had previously traded from Level 2 before leaving the hub on January 4, 2020, at a time when it was still called Intu Derby.

There was also an Accessorize outlet on Albion Street, but that store also closed.

Adam Tamsett, Managing Director of Derbion, said: “We are delighted to welcome Accessorize back to the center, it is a fantastic brand that complements the rest of our fashion and accessories retailers.

The announcement follows a series of successful recent openings at Derbion including Flannels, SD Home of Menswear and Mango, with Frasers also set to arrive at the center later this year.

“The team has worked hard to expand our fashion offering and we are confident that the brands will be a big hit with our visitors.”

Accessorize took over the unit that was previously occupied by the Menkind gadget and gift shop before moving to a new location at level 1 in November.
