While talking to Pip, we asked about his ideas for the brand and what gave him the passion to launch WNU. “My everyday uniform when I worked as an editor at Tatler was a pair of jeans and one of my dad’s shirts,” Pip explained. “Men have always had access to beautiful, impeccably cut shirts so I wanted to create the equivalent for women. You really can’t beat a great shirt. man (even keeping the buttons on the side) and have adjusted it perfectly to the female morphology, lowering the shoulder a little and adding room in the body for the busts.

And Pip is absolutely right. Often wardrobe classics, like women’s shirts, can be extremely unflattering, boxy in design, and not fitting the female form. We no longer have to look to our dad’s or boyfriend’s wardrobe to find something stylish and comfortable, yet timeless. Offering different styles of shirts for women who prefer something a little shorter, more fitted, comfortable around the bust, WNU offers a variety of options designed to suit women of different shapes.
