The UK Ticket Office will use a temporary ticketing area in the main hall of the Rupp Arena near the High Street. This location opens 90 minutes prior to reporting and will be the primary location for ticket resolution, calls, and sales (subject to availability).
Fans can visit this location at the arena if they need help accessing their mobile tickets once they arrive.
Fans can contact the UK Ticket Office for help before match day by calling (800) 928-2287. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Enter the Rupp Arena
Now open, the entrances on High Street (next to the Hyatt) and Vine Street (opposite Triangle Park) will handle the primary entry and exit for fans to and from Rupp Arena.
The student entrance has been moved to the High Street, opposite the Gate Two car park.
Fans are reminded to follow wayfinding signage through the spine to enter Rupp Arena.
Doors will open 90 minutes prior to reporting.
Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early.
All bags must comply with the UK Athletics Clear Bag Policy. All bags and items will be searched. To avoid additional touchpoints, fans are strongly encouraged not to bring unnecessary bags to Rupp Arena.
The security posture at all entrances to Rupp Arena will remain the same as in the past, with security screening taking place before tickets are scanned.
Through-hole metal detectors are in place.
Upon arrival, fans will be asked to remove items such as cell phones, keys, bags/purses, and large metal objects that may set off the alarm, requiring further inspection. Although these units are more efficient and faster than handheld metal detectors, customers should still plan to arrive at events early to avoid queuing.
The following items are not permitted inside the Rupp Arena:
Bags (see Bags)
Weapons of all types*
Food and drinks outside
Pets / Animals**
Seats or baby carriers
Video or audio recorders
Cameras with removable lenses
Noisemakers not allowed
Stadium seats over 18 inches wide or stadium seats with hard plastic or metal parts.
Signs larger than 24″ x 24″
Tablets and laptops
Clear bag policy – As a reminder, the Southeastern Conference’s clear bag policy remains in place at Rupp Arena as an added security measure and to facilitate entry. Each fan will be allowed to carry one large clear bag – either a one-gallon Ziploc style bag or a 12″ x 6″ x 12″ clear bag – plus a smaller pouch that does not exceed 4.5″ x 6, 5″. The small pouch allows privacy for small personal items and is also easy to search. The see-through bag policy enhances public safety by making bags easier to find and greatly reducing mistaken bag searches. Fans are encouraged to do not bring bags to reduce contact points.
All bags and jackets are subject to inspection at all entrances to Rupp Arena.
The following items are welcome in the Rupp Arena:
Camera lenses – six inch maximum length; no removable lenses
Service Animals – as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act
Seat cushions – maximum width of 18 inches and cannot have hard plastic or metal parts or backs
Strollers – small foldable style
